Clark, seriously, your timing could not be more perfect. We took the bold move of actually renaming "learning through others" as "social learning." That may not seem like much to most people, but for a big enterprise like ours, that's a shift.

Judging from the new feedburner numbers, I think it's safe to say that no one hits the site :) Combine that with a general EVERYBODY GET BUSY attitude right now, and yeah... no one is coming to the site.

I'm telling you, brother, I just got out of an all-day meeting where we're going from the abstract to the concrete... when you start to see people speaking like you and problem-solving like you would, it's quite humbling when you start to see your imprint on a group of people. I'm starting to consciously step back and let a new, shared vision emerge -- it's not me that's going to change and lead this organization -- it's a huge group of people who will push things forward, as you and I have talked about before.

Frankly, I'm still a little surprised that it's actually happening. I'm using flip charts -- I mean, Jeebus! I'm an organizer now, not some fired-up voice of dissent.

How am I supposed to rally against the Man if the Man is doing exactly what I want.. unless.. I *AM* the Man?

It's funny. I figured you would have had some comments on here by now. But 1) everyone's too busy to even comment and/or 2)we only read your feed and rarely venture outside the safe confines of the feed reader.

Anyhow, thought I'd say thanks for the update. Really awesome news about your work accomplishments - we REALLY need to chat about those. I'm pushing something similar.

Good to know more is coming on KM and Collab. Get to work so I can read!

Let's catch up via chat and/or Skype soon, especially around the enterprise-level stuff.

Cheers,
B
