First, you need to pair the phone to the Mac. On your Dash there’s an applicationn called “internet sharing.”
Start > Accessories > Internet Sharing

Disconnected
PC Connection:
USB or Bluetooth PAN (dropdown box)
Choose Bluetooth PAN (or [...]
